Goodreader dropbox9/14/2023 In this post I’ll explain how to use the Puffin web browser (free), Dropbox app (free), and Goodreader for iPhone ($5), to download a ZIP file from a website, uncompress it and listen to individual audio files contained in it. Tap on the little_square_with_an_arrow_up (on top right of screen), chose "Open In." then tap on "Open in GoodReader" ! A window appear, tap on UNZIP ! A new window "My Documents" opens, where you will find the XXX.ZIP file (which you can delete), and a directory named XXX ! Tap on it and ultimately tap on the _DSC9002-019.IPhones cannot do everything a laptop computer can do, but with a few extra apps it’s possible to do more with ZIP (compressed) files than some people realize. On your iPad, open DROPBOX, wait until the *.zip file loads, then double-tap on it. Grab the XXX.zip file and paste it in DROPBOX. Grab the directory and the 3 files and paste them into Winzip. _DSC9002-019.TIF (which you MUST delete: it's not useful anymore) Next, open the "New Directory", where you should now have (as for my file example): The usual browser opens and show the VR image. A window with Save the project Pano2VR" opens the "New Directory" directory. A window "The project must be saved." opens. Click OK.Ī window "Create the Output file xxxx.xml now"? opens. No change in the second, third and fourth page. Then set Autorotate Pan Speed to 0.15, Delay to 3.0 and Return to Horizon to 3.0. In order to get a usable "full screen" view of the VR image (with the iPad in "landscape" position)ġ) Create -on desktop- a new directory and copy/paste the equirectangular file.Ģ) Load the equirectangular image in Pano2VR, define the Pan, Tilt and FoV parameters.ģ) Click on "Output", chose HTML5" and click on "Add".Ĥ) On the first page, set the optimal Cube Face Size to1096 px, Image Quality to 90, Display Windows Size to 1024 x 768 (the iPad 2 full screen). You will need in your iPad, Good-Reader -of course-, but also DROPBOX ! As an example, I called the file _DSC9002-019.TIF. I tried to follow the PANO2VR "Using GoodReader for Offline Viewing" tutorial, but found it very confuse and complicated ! I found another way to load and view spherical panoramas made with Pano2VR !īTW, I use a Nikon D800 with the 10.5 fisheye, and I make a 12000圆000 equirectangular file.
